Jim Freeman
With over 33 seasons of coaching experience, Jim Freeman has established himself as a leader in athletic development and team success. He has guided teams to a remarkable career record of 544-159, including 10 state championships and 27 conference titles. Jim’s approach goes far beyond the scoreboard—he is dedicated to shaping athletes who are not only exceptional in competition but also resilient, confident, and prepared for life beyond sports.
Throughout his career, Jim has coached over 300 high school, club level, and college athletes. As a performance mindset coach for Division I programs, he has shared his expertise in mental toughness and high-pressure performance, helping athletes and teams cultivate the resilience needed to excel at every level.
Jim’s coaching philosophy centers on fostering a culture of purpose, teamwork, and accountability. He believes that success is built on a foundation of mental strength, shared values, and a commitment to personal growth. Caroline Vinson
With over a decade of playing a student-athlete and a career in financial services, Caroline Vinson has dedicated life to empowering teammates, clients, athletes, and coaches to reach their full potential. Having worked with high-net worth entrepreneurs and business owners, Caroline has experience advocating for those in high-pressure environments and has a unique understanding of mental performance and decision-making under stress. This expertise translates seamlessly to her work with athletes, helping them thrive in high-stakes competition and perform at their best.
Caroline’s athletic journey includes playing for Jim Freeman at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where they won three state championships and a runners-up, and continuing her career as a Division 1 volleyball player at Campbell University. Her experiences with injury, transitioning out of competitive sports, and redefining her identity beyond athletics provide her with deep insight into the mental and emotional challenges athletes face.
Caroline is committed to equipping athletes with the tools to build resilience, confidence, and purpose. She combines her experience as both a athlete and advisor to bridge the gap between elite mental strategies used in business and the skills athletes need to succeed on and off the court.
